An annual seminar in December each year for invited guests and national press discussing the latest trends in employer branding. High-lights from the Student Survey are presented and South Africa’s top IDEAL™Employers are announced and presented with awards.

Professional’s Networking Forum

The results of the Professionals’ Survey are announced each year at Magnet’s Professionals’ Networking Forum where invited guests get a chance to network with peers. Awards are handed to the top IDEAL™Employers as voted by professionals.
